This short documentary, “Unfinished London,” looks at the abandoned plans for a London Tube line and visualizes what could have been. What were town planners of the 1930s thinking, before World War II hit and new lines stopped, and how did they foresee and not foresee what cities would look like today? Shot like a school project, but extremely well-done.
