The FOCUS Working Group worked with program staff from July 2007 to July 2008. The group included local government, congestion management agency, transit agency, and stakeholder representatives. The Working Group assisted staff with review of Priority Development Area (PDA) applications, the PDA and Priority Conservation Area (PCA) designation processes, and the development of an incentive program.
