The FOCUS Working Group will work with program staff for at least a 12 month period from July 2007 to July 2008. The group includes local government, congestion management agency, transit agency, and stakeholder representatives. The Working Group is assisting staff with review of Priority Development Area (PDA) applications, the PDA and Priority Conservation Area (PCA) designation processes, and the development of an incentive program.
