MTC, ABAG, Reconnecting America, the Urban Land Institute, and the The Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California co-sponsor an annual TOD Marketplace, connecting city planners with developers who can help them realize their vision. In addition to a development panel and case studies on successful plans, last year's marketplace featured six Bay Area cities presenting their plans to a team of developers and the audience. The workshop-style event gives city planners the opportunity to get immediate, dynamic feedback on the feasibility and potential of making their plan a reality.
