TOD Marketplace: The Insider’s Eye on Planning and Development in the Bay Area

2009 TOD MarketPlace Report The TOD Marketplace connects city planners with developers who can help them realize their vision. Over the course of several months, an independent, multi-disciplinary panel of the Bay Area’s top for-profit and non-profit developers, economists, and designers works with a chosen city on a current neighborhood plan. In a public forum, the panel discusses the merits and challenges of building out the plan, including densities, financial feasibility, street designs, and community engagement. Featured Cities are all regional FOCUS Priority Development Areas. that are actively planning for transit-oriented development.
