The Bothin Waterfront abuts Upper Richardson Bay in Marin County near the City of Mill Valley. Bayfront lands in this area provide a scenic, natural, and recreational resource. Protecting land in this area would provide access to the waterfront, augment the functionality of the wetlands and tidelands, and enhance trail corridors.
