Marin County
Tiburon Ridge Lands include those ridges on the peninsula that extends from Ring Mountain to the San Francisco Bay, providing a scenic vista from the Town of Tiburon and from the bay. The area can provide several trail routes and would serve as a wildlife corridor between two open space preserves: Ring Mountain and Old St. Hillary’s. The area provides habitat for federal and state listed species and native plants of California. These lands present an opportunity to enhance the protection of ridgelands in Marin County and enhance the upland greenbelt, while potentially providing recreational access proximate to citizens of the Towns of Tiburon and Belvedere.
