Location: The North Texas Street Core Priority Development Area is centered around the intersection of North Texas Street, East Tabor Avenue, and the Fairfield Linear Park. The Fairfield Linear Park provides a paved continuous 4-mile connection between North Texas Street and Solano Community College, with planned extensions providing a connection to northeastern Fairfield, including the planned Fairfield-Vacaville Train Station.
