Location: The Fairfield/Vacaville Train Station Priority Development Area consists of land within approximately a half mile of the Fairfield-Vacaville Train Station, a multimodal transportation center proposed for the vicinity of Peabody and Vanden roads in northeast Fairfield.

Transit: None currently. A future train station is planned for the Amtrack Capital Corridor rail line.
